Raven develops a second pair of eyes in her demonic state where her natural eyebrows are.
The purple cloak is bejeweled with a round crimson brooch which helps the cloak to stay in place. The brooch beeps and glows when there is some trouble. Raven wears a black full sleeve but leg-less leotard dress with purple cuffs on both hands. Raven also wears a thin golden belt with round jewels similar to her brooch. Some tips to make your outfit perfect
Choose a shiny spandex fabric for the material of the cloak and keep some extra to cover your ankle-length boots of a different color(if previously owned) with the purple spandex fabric so that when the cosplay is over you can just remove the spandex from the boots and voila you just made a cover for your boots! You don't have to buy separate violet boots. Extra spandex fabric can be also used for the cuffs in both hands. Just hem the edges of the fabric and you are done. If you cannot find a leotard dress you can easily use a long sleeve bodysuit with a turtleneck as an alternative. Raven had greyish white skin so you can opt for a pale grey tight for the legs. The tights must be sheer and not fully opaque. If you want to DIY the belt just mix crimson red color to a resin mixture and pour it into small round silicone molds. Create the brooch using this same technique.
